Medicine Woods began out of a desire to use natural products made from medicinal herbs and plants. I love gardening, especially growing medicinal plants and using them to make botanical remedies, skin care, and soap.
As a Master Herbalist graduate, I've learned so much about the medicinal properties of hundreds of plants. I have found that I continue to learn about new plants all the time.
For several years I've been making herbal skin care products and soap. I love the process and I love the results. It's been trial and error, learning what works and what doesn't. Every batch is a new adventure.
For the past few years I've been teaching soap-making, kitchen cosmetics, and flower essence making. See our classes offered currently. More will be added soon!
